Marketing emails will provide a method for unsubscribing from future marketing communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related messages, such as class confirmations, appointment reminders, payment confirmations, safety information, or communications necessary to provide a service you requested.

We do not sell our email lists.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

EliteCCW may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve website performance, and support marketing.

Some cookies may be necessary for features such as online registration, customer accounts, shopping carts, forms, security, or scheduling.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may cause portions of the website to function improperly.

Where required by applicable law, we may also provide additional cookie controls or consent options.

5. Analytics

We may use third-party analytics services, such as Google Analytics or similar services, to understand how visitors use EliteCCW.com.

These services may collect information such as your IP address, device information, browser information, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with our website.

Analytics information helps us determine which portions of our website are useful, identify technical problems, understand website traffic, and improve our services.

6. Advertising and Advertising Technology

EliteCCW may use online advertising platforms in the future, including services provided by companies such as Google, Meta, or similar advertising providers.

These services may use cookies, pixels, or similar technologies to measure advertising performance, understand whether an advertisement resulted in a website visit or registration, create advertising audiences, or show advertisements that may be more relevant to users.

EliteCCW does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

However, some privacy laws, including California law, may define certain disclosures of personal information to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing” even when no money is exchanged.

If EliteCCW engages in activity that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law, we will provide any notices, opt-out methods, and privacy controls required by law.

7. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that perform services on our behalf, including providers that assist us with:

These companies may receive information when reasonably necessary to perform services for EliteCCW.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, governmental request, or other legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of EliteCCW, our customers, instructors, employees, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, restructuring, or transfer of some or all of our business or assets.

8. We Do Not Sell Customer Lists

EliteCCW does not sell customer databases, class-registration lists, email lists, telephone lists, or other customer information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Nothing in this section prevents EliteCCW from using service providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, or other contractors as described in this Privacy Policy.

9. Firearm, Training, and Live Scan Information

Because EliteCCW provides firearm training and related services, customers may voluntarily provide information relating to firearms, permits, training, qualifications, or related services.

We use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate with the customer, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal requirements, or operate our business.

EliteCCW does not intend to collect fingerprint or biometric data directly through EliteCCW.com merely because a visitor schedules a Live Scan appointment. Information collected as part of an actual Live Scan or other regulated service may be subject to separate procedures, legal requirements, or disclosures.

10. Information Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and training records, complying with legal or regulatory obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with our business practices and applicable law.

11. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information.

However, no website, Internet transmission, electronic storage system, or method of electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

  • Exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination

EliteCCW does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

If our use of advertising or other technologies constitutes “sharing” or another activity subject to an opt-out right under applicable California law, we will provide the legally required mechanism for exercising that right.

14. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Some browsers and browser extensions provide privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) or “Do Not Track” (“DNT”).

Because there is not a uniform industry standard governing all DNT signals, our website may not respond to traditional DNT signals in all circumstances.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as GPC, we will process that signal as required by law.

Third-party analytics or advertising providers used on our website may also collect information regarding your online activities over time or across different websites, subject to their own technologies, settings, and privacy practices.

15. Children's Privacy

EliteCCW.com is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Certain training programs may have age requirements or may permit participation by minors under appropriate circumstances and with parental or guardian involvement. Those circumstances are separate from general use of this website.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website may contain links to or integrate with websites, scheduling systems, payment services, course platforms, social media platforms, mapping services, or other services operated by third parties.

EliteCCW does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Their collection and use of information are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service you use.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, technologies, business practices, or applicable laws.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by other reasonable means when appropriate.

We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
