1. About EliteCCW

EliteCCW provides firearm training and related services, which may include concealed carry weapon (“CCW”) training, firearms instruction, range training, private instruction, simulator training, Firearm Safety Certificate services, Live Scan services, out-of-state permit assistance, security-related training, firearm-related services, products, online education, and other services.

Services, availability, qualifications, pricing, and requirements may change from time to time.

2. No Guarantee of Permit, License, Certification, or Government Approval

Completing a course or service through EliteCCW does not guarantee that you will receive any government-issued permit, license, credential, certification, or other approval.

Government agencies and issuing authorities establish their own eligibility requirements, procedures, background-check requirements, documentation requirements, training requirements, and approval standards.

EliteCCW does not control and cannot guarantee decisions made by an issuing authority or governmental agency.

You are responsible for determining and satisfying all requirements imposed by the applicable agency or issuing authority.

3. Laws and Regulations Change

Firearm laws, CCW regulations, training requirements, agency policies, and other laws and regulations may change.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but information appearing on EliteCCW.com should not be considered a substitute for current statutes, regulations, official agency guidance, or individualized legal advice.

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your ownership, possession, transportation, storage, transfer, carrying, or use of firearms.

5. Firearm Safety

Firearms are inherently dangerous if handled improperly.

Anyone participating in an EliteCCW firearm-related service or training activity must follow all instructor directions, safety procedures, range rules, applicable laws, and facility requirements.

EliteCCW may refuse or terminate participation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, disruptive conduct, suspected impairment, failure to follow instructions, or other circumstances that could create an unreasonable risk.

Participation in live-fire activities may require execution of additional agreements, acknowledgments, waivers, releases, or range rules.

These Website Terms are not a substitute for any separate student agreement, assumption-of-risk acknowledgment, safety agreement, range agreement, liability release, or other document required for participation in a particular activity.

6. Eligibility for Services

Certain EliteCCW services have minimum ages, residency requirements, identification requirements, firearm-possession requirements, agency requirements, prerequisites, or other eligibility conditions.

You are responsible for reviewing the requirements applicable to the service for which you register.

By registering for a firearm-related course or service, you represent that your participation is lawful.

EliteCCW reserves the right to request identification or documentation and to decline services when required by law, safety considerations, issuing-authority requirements, facility rules, or EliteCCW policy.

7. Registration and Scheduling

Class dates, appointment times, instructor assignments, course locations, range availability, and other scheduling information are subject to availability.

We may need to modify, reschedule, relocate, combine, postpone, or cancel a class or appointment because of instructor availability, facility conditions, safety concerns, governmental requirements, emergencies, minimum enrollment, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

Specific rescheduling, cancellation, transfer, refund, or no-show policies may be displayed during registration or provided separately for a particular service. Those specific policies are incorporated into these Terms and control with respect to that registration.

8. Payments and Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change.

Unless otherwise stated, the price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when your registration or order is completed.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. Your use of a payment service may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

EliteCCW reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or clerical errors.

• Allow another person to complete training under your identity

• Record or republish course videos

• Publicly display or distribute proprietary EliteCCW training content
